Questions
Can members check in by themselves?
Yes — put a phone or tablet at the door with a scanner or its camera. Expired members are stopped and asked to see the desk.
How do members see their plan?
Send each member their private link on WhatsApp — it shows days left, training sessions and receipts, no app or password needed.
Does it handle personal training?
Yes — sell packages (e.g. 12 sessions), tick off each session, and see what’s left. Trainers’ commission adds up automatically.
Can members use our fingerprint machine?
Yes — eSSL and ZKTeco machines work for members as they do for staff. Their punches record visits; expired members are flagged for the front desk.
